Born in Gowanda, NY, Lisa was a beloved daughter of Harriet “Patt” (Faulkner) Howard and Lester Howard, who hailed from South Dayton, NY. She was preceded in death by her cherished parents, her brother, Kevin Howard, and her son, Matthew Neitzel.

Lisa leaves behind a loving legacy, survived by:

  • Two daughters: Courtney L. Storms and Charlotte A. Neitzel
  • A granddaughter: Haylie Storms
