Michael Gelman of Live with Kelly and Mark Celebrated at Broadcasting and Cable Hall of Fame Awards in New York City

The Broadcasting and Cable annual Hall of Fame Awards dinner in New York City celebrated significant contributors to the television industry on Tuesday night. The prestigious event highlighted the achievements of several key figures who have left lasting impacts on TV.
Michael Gelman Honored for Decades of Dedication
Among the honorees was Michael Gelman, the veteran executive producer of ABC’s “Live with Kelly and Mark.” In attendance to support Gelman were hosts Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos, who shared heartfelt words for their long-time colleague.
“Michael Gelman is a treasure, and the most devoted member of our team for multi, multi decades,” remarked Kelly Ripa, highlighting the significant contributions Gelman has made to the show’s success. Mark Consuelos added, “He makes it look easy, and we all know that it’s really, really hard to keep a show on the air, keep it relevant, keep it at the top.”

Actress Sheryl Lee Ralph, famed for her role in “Abbott Elementary,” was honored with the Humanitarian Award, acknowledging her impactful contributions to society beyond her acting career.
