Rhea Seehorn Connects with the White House in Exciting Pluribus Teaser

Apple TV+ Unveils Mysterious Teaser for New Series “Pluribus”
Pluribus Teaser Leaves Audiences Curious
Apple TV+ has dropped an intriguing teaser for its upcoming series “Pluribus,” crafted by acclaimed “Breaking Bad” creator Vince Gilligan. The 45-second clip features Rhea Seehorn as Carol, engaging in an enigmatic phone conversation with a White House official, played by Peter Bergman. The caller offers assistance with “food, medicine, whatever you need. We are here for you.” The cryptic narrative cuts between vivid scenes: Carol driving a police car, someone swabbing a petri dish shaped like a smiley face, and more. Despite Bergman’s character encouraging Carol to ask questions, her only response is, “I guess to start with, what the f*?”
Vince Gilligan’s Genre-Bending Vision
Pluribus is described as a “genre-bending original” where the most miserable person on Earth is tasked with saving the world from happiness. The show is a product of Gilligan’s vision, specifically written with Seehorn, known for her performance in “Better Call Saul,” in mind. Apple TV+ acquired the rights to this Sony Pictures TV-produced drama with a two-season deal in 2022.
Star-Studded Cast and Creative Team
Alongside Rhea Seehorn, the series features actors Karolina Wydra and Carlos-Manuel Vesga. The show also includes guest appearances by Miriam Shor and Samba Schutte, adding depth to its ensemble cast. Gilligan not only created the series but also serves as an executive producer, collaborating with Gordon Smith, Alison Tatlock, Diane Mercer, Allyce Ozarski, and Jeff Frost. Jenn Carroll and Trina Siopy join as co-executive producers, ensuring a robust production team behind this innovative narrative.
