Ella Langley is set to release her latest single, “Choosin’ Texas,” on Friday, October 17th. This new track is co-written with renowned country artist Miranda Lambert.

The partnership between Langley and Lambert resulted from a writer’s retreat held last fall. The inspiration for the song came from a tale Lambert shared about someone in her past who kept Texas vehicle plates. Langley said, “He’s choosin’ Texas, I can tell.”

“Choosin’ Texas” quickly became a popular feature in Langley’s live performances during her summer tours. The debut performance occurred at both the Live At The Station festival in College Station, Texas, and the Choctaw Music Fest in Durant, Oklahoma, on October 10th.
During the Durant show, Langley shared the catchy chorus: “He’s choosin’ Texas, I can tell.” The song officially serves as the lead single from her upcoming album.
