Success from Last Year

Last year’s inaugural pop-up at the Eaton Centre exceeded sales expectations and received national attention. The founder, Chelsee Pettit, an Anishinaabe entrepreneur, aims to leverage this success with a longer duration and increased showcasing of Indigenous talent.

Quote from the Founder

Pettit described the previous year’s success, stating, “People lit up when they discovered Indigenous fashion, food, and culture right in the heart of the city.” She emphasized this year’s plans to create an even more vibrant holiday celebration.

Location Details

Customers can find the aaniin pop-up on the second floor of the Eaton Centre, in the space previously held by Free People. The store is conveniently located at 220 Yonge St., making it easily accessible throughout the holiday season.

As the excitement builds for the return of this Indigenous-owned department store, shoppers can anticipate a distinctive blend of culture and commerce during their holiday shopping experience.
