Career Highlights
- Previous Positions: Ruth has served as HR Director at Great Western Railway (GWR) since 2018. In January 2023, she took on the role of People & Transformation Director for GWR and Network Rail.
- Awards: She was recognized with an OBE in the 2023 New Year Honours list for her contributions to diversity and inclusion in the rail industry.
- Prior Experience: Before her tenure in rail, Ruth held leadership roles at the University of Reading, the Atomic Weapons Establishment, and the Civil Service.
