- 10% more pixels rendered on OLED displays.
- Increased refresh rates, now up to 120Hz (previously maxed at 100Hz).
- AI-powered features like Persona and spatial photos that operate up to 50% faster.
- Improved battery life, lasting up to 2.5 hours for general use and up to 3 hours for video playback.
New Dual Knit Band for Comfort
Alongside the M5 chip, Apple has introduced the Dual Knit Band. This new strap aims to provide a more comfortable fit for users. The features of the Dual Knit Band include:
- A hybrid design combining elements of the Solo Knit and Dual Loop Bands.
- Availability in three sizes: small, medium, and large.
- An adjustable dial on the side for customized tightness.
The Dual Knit Band will be sold separately for $99 and is compatible with the original M2 Vision Pro headset.

The upgraded Vision Pro with the M5 chip will be available for purchase starting October 22nd. It will be priced at $3,499, maintaining the original cost of the previous model.
