Unexpected $13 Million Discovery Inside Suitcases
Authorities made a significant drug bust at Sydney Airport, resulting in the arrest of two young men. Both aged 21, they were apprehended after Australian Border Force (ABF) officers discovered about 20 kilograms of cocaine in their suitcases. This operation took place on a recent Friday.

The illicit substances were found following a routine bag search of the two New Zealand nationals. Upon testing, the drugs returned a positive result for cocaine. Authorities estimate the street value of this cocaine to be around $13 million, indicating possible 130,000 street deals.

- Both men face charges for importing a commercial quantity of a border-controlled drug.

These serious offenses carry a potential prison sentence of up to life imprisonment. Following their arrest, the suspects appeared in Parramatta Local Court the next day.
