Officers were summoned to section 311 due to a group disregarding arena rules. Among them was 23-year-old Marcus Antwon Reed Jr., from Riviera Beach, who was implicated in the disturbance.
Confrontation and Arrest
An officer observed Reed touching a female officer inappropriately. When instructed to leave, Reed resisted, clinging to a railing. Despite additional officers arriving and one deploying a Taser twice, Reed remained uncooperative.
