RUSH Embarks on First Tour in Over a Decade Featuring New Drummer Anika Miles Debut

RUSH fans are in for a thrilling experience as the legendary band announces its return to touring. For the first time in over a decade, co-founders Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson will hit the road to perform four special shows at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

Details of the RUSH 2026 Tour

This highly anticipated tour, titled “Fifty Something,” will pay homage to RUSH’s vast musical legacy and honor the late drummer, Neil Peart. Peart, who passed away from Glioblastoma—a severe type of brain cancer—on January 7, 2020, played a fundamental role in the band’s success.

The tour will feature Anika Nilles as the new drummer, stepping into Peart’s shoes. Nilles gained recognition after her work with the late Jeff Beck and her solo projects with Nevell.
