China Suárez’s Request That Reportedly Reignited Tensions with Benjamín Vicuña

The ongoing tensions between China Suárez and Benjamín Vicuña have reignited due to a recent request from Suárez. Following a period of distancing and media-fueled tensions, this new development has reportedly stirred further discord between the two.
Tensions After a Month of Negotiation
In July, a significant fracture occurred in the relationship when Vicuña thwarted Suárez’s plans to take their children abroad. This incident led Suárez to publicly criticize Vicuña on social media, labeling him an inadequate father and revealing private details of their relationship. Since then, communication between the two has only been through their respective lawyers: Máximo Petracci for Vicuña and Agustín Rodríguez for Suárez.
A Short-lived Agreement
Recently, Suárez and Vicuña attempted to re-establish communication to create a more harmonious environment for their children, Magnolia and Amancio. According to May Martorelli on Arriba Argentinos, the former couple, through discussions, agreed to refrain from public statements about one another and to unblock each other’s phone numbers to enable direct communication.
- Agreed on a schedule of 30 days in Turkey and 10 days in Argentina for their children.
- Aimed for direct communication through unblocked phone numbers.
Yet, this rapproachement didn’t last long, as tensions quickly resurfaced.
Request Sparks New Conflict
The rekindled discord arose from Suárez’s request to extend the children’s stay in Turkey. As per the reports, Vicuña was upset by this request due to the overlap with his birthday on November 29, a time he wished to spend with his children. This disagreement led to another breakdown in communication.
Martorelli highlighted the ongoing struggle faced by the children, who constantly adjust between different countries and cultures. The situation remains fluid, with an uncertain outcome on how Suárez and Vicuña will navigate their parenting dynamics moving forward.
