Celebrity Xcel Unveils Star-Studded Entertainment Line-Up for November 2025 Launch
Celebrity Xcel, the newest addition to the Celebrity Cruises fleet, is poised for its grand debut in November 2025. This cutting-edge vessel will introduce a vibrant array of entertainment options, from brand-new theatre productions to immersive festivals.
Star-Studded Entertainment Line-Up
The Celebrity Xcel promises to captivate guests with its comprehensive lineup of entertainment. Weighing in at 140,600 gross tons, the ship will host over 75 resident performers, delivering original shows and interactive experiences.
Main Theatre Productions
- Mainstage: A concert-style extravaganza echoing the grandeur of the world’s largest music festivals, featuring live bands and immersive effects.
- Between Takes: A glamorous journey behind the scenes of a 1920s Hollywood film set, merging vintage cinema with Broadway-style performances.
- Chapters: An introspective exploration of self-discovery through nature’s elements, presented with stunning visual appeal.
Late-Night Venues
The Club, a versatile entertainment space, transforms day to night to offer two new experiences:
- 254 West: A dance and disco spectacular reminiscent of the iconic Studio 54, complete with dazzling visuals.
- HOTEL: An interactive cabaret-style comedy that engages guests in a mysterious performance.
Themed Destination Festivals
As Celebrity Xcel sails the Caribbean, it will host themed festivals inspired by local cultures:

Interactive Experiences and Community Involvement
Guests will enjoy innovative, interactive experiences, including a robot-building escape room and the Brain Spin game show. Children and teenagers can participate in the enhanced Camp at Sea program, offering more than 50 activities.
Many features were selected through Celebrity’s “Xcel Dream Makers” initiative, which combined workshops and online voting to involve the cruise community in shaping the entertainment lineup.
Upcoming Voyages
Before officially setting sail, Celebrity Xcel will host a preview sailing from Port Everglades on November 9, 2025. The official maiden voyage will commence on November 18, 2025, venturing to Bimini, Bahamas, and Cozumel, Mexico.
From November 2025 to May 2026, the ship will offer seven-night itineraries throughout the Caribbean and Bahamas. Following this, it will reposition to Europe for Western Mediterranean voyages. Celebrity Xcel will return to North America in October 2026, homeporting in Miami for a winter season in the Caribbean.
