The project includes the installation of approximately 300 new berths catered for vessels of various sizes. The CEO of Marinedi, Renato Marconi, highlighted the importance of this venture. He stated that the existing shipyards will be relocated to an industrial port nearby, thus making room for a modern and functional marina.

The upgraded marina will not only focus on advanced nautical services but will also feature communal spaces. Planned amenities include:

This new marina will serve as a strategic link between the existing marinas of Villasimius and Porto Teulada where Marinedi currently manages around 1,200 boat berths.
