I don’t care also. It has nothing to do with me.” Verstappen emphasized their focus on maximizing potential, asserting that as long as they do that, matters remain under their control.

Oscar Piastri commented on the subject, expressing contentment with the team’s approach. “I’m very happy that there’s no favoritism or bias,” he asserted. Piastri’s statement reflects a belief in McLaren’s fair treatment of its drivers, despite external speculations.
