- Javeno McLean – A personal trainer from Manchester, Javeno runs J7 Gym, providing free sessions to the disabled and elderly. Since establishing the gym in 2016, he has empowered numerous individuals to improve their physical and mental health.

- Asha Ali Rage – The founder of Dream Chasers FC in Birmingham, Asha helps protect local youth from gangs through football. Her community hub also offers additional services for families.
- Leanne Pero MBE – A cancer survivor and activist, Leanne launched The Movement Factory to support young people through dance. She also established Black Women Rising to address the stigma of cancer in the Black community.
- Marcus Skeet – Known as “The Hull Boy,” Marcus raised £164,560 for Mind while overcoming personal struggles related to mental health.
Good Morning Britain Young Fundraiser
- Georgie Hyslop – Diagnosed with a rare cancer, Georgie has raised over £55,000 for charities while supporting other patients with encouraging messages and acts of kindness.
Teenager of Courage
- Zach Eagling – After overcoming challenges related to his epilepsy, Zach successfully campaigned for legislation that protects individuals with epilepsy from online trolling.
Child of Courage
- Luke Mortimer – At just 11 years old, Luke, who underwent extensive surgeries due to meningococcal meningitis, has raised significant funds for children with disabilities through various fundraising challenges.

- Ups & Downs Theatre Group – Founded for young individuals with Down syndrome, this group provides inclusive activities and has become a cornerstone of support for families in Hamilton, Lanarkshire.
King’s Trust Young Achiever
- Harry Byrne – After facing severe personal challenges, Harry found purpose through outdoor leadership programs, aspiring to help other young people facing difficulties.
Outstanding Bravery
- PC Yasmin Mechem-Whitfield, PC Cameron King, and Inspector Moloy Campbell – These officers exhibited remarkable bravery while confronting an armed attacker in a high-stakes situation.
Lifetime Achievement Award
- Sally Becker – A humanitarian who has dedicated over three decades to aiding children in conflict zones, Sally founded Save a Child and has made a profound impact through her medical initiatives.
