A tragic event unfolded on October 20 when a man with achondroplasia was discovered deceased in a water canal in Puebla. The individual, identified as Francisco “N,” commonly known as “Medio Metro,” was found in the street Maximino Ávila Camacho in the San Sebastián de Aparicio neighborhood.
