- Botched Homes: This series features contractor Charlie Kawas, who shifts from New York City to Florida. His team addresses failed renovations, with the first episode scheduled for 2026.
- Neighborhood Watch: A home surveillance footage series produced by Arrow Media. It will consist of 16 half-hour episodes debuting next year.
- World’s Bargain Dream Homes: This series will showcase ambitious home buyers who aim to find their dream properties at lower prices, produced by Twenty Twenty Television.
- Property Brothers: Under Pressure: Stars Drew and Jonathan Scott will not only star in but also executive produce 14 episodes. This series helps reluctant buyers navigate the emotional challenges of making significant home purchases.

According to Howard Lee, chief creative officer of U.S. Networks at Warner Bros. Discovery, this programming order is designed to enhance HGTV’s portfolio. The focus remains on delivering popular formats that ensure consistent ratings, while introducing fresh talent and concepts to engage existing fans.
The production of “House Hunters” is handled by Pie Town Productions, while “House Hunters International” comes from Leopard USA. These series emphasize HGTV’s commitment to quality content in the real estate genre.
