NBA Reveals 30 Team Courts for 2025 Emirates Cup

The NBA has unveiled the unique court designs for the upcoming Emirates NBA Cup 2025. This tournament will begin on October 31, featuring an exciting eight-game schedule available on Prime Video and NBA League Pass.

Emirates NBA Cup Court Designs

Artist Victor Solomon designed all 30 custom courts, continuing his creative work from last year’s tournament. Each court showcases fully-painted gradient designs that reflect the host team’s primary colors. The directional gradients symbolize the Eastern and Western conference alignments.

Key Features of the Courts

  • Team-Based Gradient: Each court displays a gradient that embodies the core color of the host team.
  • Contrasting Apron Design: The court apron uses colors from the host team’s Nike NBA Statement Edition uniforms, while away teams don the Nike NBA Association Edition uniforms.
  • 5×5 Mosaic Grid: A symbolic 5×5 grid overlays the court, representing both the five players on the court and the five teams in each tournament group.
  • Center Court Cities: The courts prominently display the team city or state name at center court, accompanied by the team nickname on the baselines.
  • Personalized Overlay: Each court includes a unique logo or graphic element celebrating individual team identities.
  • Hidden Details: The trophy’s base at center court features engraved years of championship wins for the Milwaukee Bucks and Los Angeles Lakers.

Tournament Schedule

The group play phase of the Emirates NBA Cup will commence next week and run until November 28, with games scheduled every Friday. Following this round, eight teams will progress to the Knockout Rounds, leading to the Semifinals and Finals in Las Vegas on December 13 and 16.

Fans eagerly await the competition, with each team’s court design now unveiled. An exciting lineup of teams, including the Atlanta Hawks, Boston Celtics, Chicago Bulls, and Los Angeles Lakers, are set to participate.
