Packers Week 8 Injury Report: Five Questionable, Two Out vs. Steelers

Key Injuries for the Packers
Among the questionable players are:
- Defensive lineman Devonte Wyatt (knee)
- Receiver Christian Watson (knee)
- Kicker Brandon McManus (right quadricep)
- Receiver Matthew Golden (hip)
- Defensive lineman Warren Brinson (hamstring)
Wyatt and receiver Dontayvion Wicks have been ruled out for the matchup after failing to practice during the week. Golden and Brinson were added to the injury report late, on Friday.
Christian Watson’s Status
Watson is currently on the physically unable to return list and must be added to the 53-man roster before he can play. His return window opened on October 6. Head Coach Matt LaFleur emphasized the importance of Watson getting reacclimated to football after a long absence.
Impact of Other Injuries
Wyatt hasn’t played since suffering a knee injury during a game against the Dallas Cowboys on September 28. Prior to that, he recorded six tackles, five quarterback hits, two sacks, and two pass deflections in his first four games.
Kicker Brandon McManus, who has missed two games due to a quadricep strain, returned to practice. Lucas Havrisik filled in admirably, completing all ten of his kicks, including a franchise-record 61-yard field goal.
Pittsburgh Steelers Injury Report
The Steelers have also reported injuries, ruling out receiver Scotty Miller (finger). They have listed center Zach Frazier (calf), quarterback Will Howard (right hand), and linebacker Malik Harrison (knee) as questionable. Both Howard and Harrison are on injured reserve and must return to the active roster to participate in the game.
