About the Single: “Under Over”
Jones’ new single, “Under Over,” released under Mountain Home Music, addresses themes of closure and moving forward. The phrase came to Jones spontaneously, and he developed the concept with longtime friend and songwriter Terry Herd during a visit in Nashville.
“The idea was to file away negative experiences and relationships for good,” Jones explains, highlighting a poignant line from the song, “in a little box of pain,” contributed by Herd.

- Grace van’t Hof – Banjo
- Jon Weisberger – Bass
Grace and Mark also provide harmony vocals, while guests Carley Arrowood on fiddle and Tony Creasman on percussion enhance the overall sound.
