The vehicle, a black 2025 Land Rover valued at approximately $180,000, was designed specifically for O’Neal’s 7-foot-1 frame. It was customized by Effortless Motors, an auto broker based in Riverside, California. Ahmad Abdelrahman, the owner of Effortless Motors, confirmed that the Land Rover was intended to be the latest addition to O’Neal’s collection.
Investigation into the Theft
The Lumpkin County Sheriff’s Office in Georgia is investigating this case, revealing that the Land Rover was taken fraudulently from a business near Dahlonega. The Sheriff’s Office has indicated that the vehicle is suspected to be somewhere in the Atlanta metropolitan area.

Transport and Logistics Issues
According to Abdelrahman, the vehicle was scheduled for additional fabrication work in Georgia before being shipped to Louisiana. After the vehicle failed to arrive at its destination, Abdelrahman learned from FirstLine Trucking LLC, the transport company, that their system had been hacked. The hackers intercepted the vehicle and collected it from the fabrication site.
O’Neal’s Vehicle History
Over the past two years, Effortless Motors has customized numerous vehicles for O’Neal. Abdelrahman described him as a generous and amicable client, noting the unfortunate nature of this incident. “The last person you want to steal from is Shaquille O’Neal,” he stated, emphasizing the rarity of such an occurrence in their business dealings.
As of now, several search warrants have been executed, and potential leads are being followed by investigators in their pursuit to recover O’Neal’s distinctive vehicle. While O’Neal has not publicly commented, the community remains hopeful for a swift resolution.
