In Seoul, the official temperature recorded was 0.5 degrees Celsius. However, certain districts like Eunpyeong and Nowon experienced even colder conditions, dropping below -2 degrees Celsius.

The cold conditions are expected to last until tomorrow morning. On the forecast for today, daytime temperatures in Seoul are anticipated to be around 13 degrees Celsius. Tomorrow morning will still feel chilly, with lows of 1 degree in Paju and 5 degrees in Seoul.
