His father, Mike Delemo, shared the harrowing moment when he received a frantic call from one of Liam’s friends. “He was white as a ghost,” Mike described upon seeing his son, who had suffered serious injuries. Despite his condition, Liam managed to reassure his parents, stating, “I’ll be OK. I love you.”

Liam was quickly transported to Good Samaritan University Hospital, where he underwent surgery but tragically did not survive. The Delemos were devastated by the news that their son did not make it onto the operating table.
