Wind Conditions and Warnings
A high wind warning is currently in effect across the Greater Reno-Carson-Minden areas and also in Mono County, California. The warning is applicable from 1 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Wednesday.
- Southwest winds are expected to range from 35 to 45 mph.
- Gusts could reach up to 65 mph.
- Areas along US-395 may experience gusts of 70 to 80 mph.
- Ridgetop winds could peak at 110 mph.
