Carlin Warley, a standout alumnus of Saint Joseph’s men’s basketball, has officially been inducted into the Big 5 Hall of Fame Class of 2025. This announcement was made by the organization on Wednesday afternoon, marking a significant milestone in Warley’s basketball career.

Warley’s Career Highlights

Warley is celebrated as one of the few players in Saint Joseph’s history to achieve over 1,000 career points and 1,000 career rebounds. He stands out as a three-time All-Big 5 selection. His impressive records include:

  • 1,138 rebounds—ranking third all-time at Saint Joseph’s.
  • 1,480 points—placing him 22nd in the program’s history.
  • Three-time All-Atlantic 10 member.

In addition to his remarkable scoring and rebounding, Warley led the Atlantic 10 Conference in rebounding for three seasons and was ranked among the top-20 in NCAA Division I rebounding twice. He sits sixth on the A-10’s all-time rebounding list, further solidifying his legacy.

A Stellar College Career

During his time at Saint Joseph’s, Warley played in every game possible, starting all 114 matches of his college career. His average statistics include:

  • 13.0 points per game.
  • 10.0 rebounds per game.

Warley’s peak performance occurred in the 1993-94 season, where he averaged career highs of 16.4 points and 11.4 rebounds per game, along with 2.0 assists.

2025 Big 5 Hall of Fame Class

Warley will be honored alongside five other notable inductees into the 2025 Big 5 Hall of Fame:

  • Dante Cunningham (Villanova)
  • Amy Griffin (La Salle)
  • Sydney Stipanovich (Penn)
  • Joe Juliano (Philadelphia Inquirer)

The recognition ceremony for the Class of 2025 will take place during the Men’s Big 5 Classic on December 6 at Xfinity Mobile Arena and the Women’s Big 5 Classic on December 7 at Finneran Pavilion.
