Kenney was last spotted walking alone onto the Ravenel Bridge pedestrian walkway. Initial reports suggested he was wearing a Boston Celtics jersey. However, officials later clarified that he was actually dressed in a black hooded jacket, light-colored pants, and black Nike sneakers with white soles. His cellphone’s last known location was also on the bridge around the same time.
