The young man went missing during the early hours of Halloween, with his last known whereabouts traced to King Street and Burns Lanes around 2 a.m. on Friday.

Kenney was reportedly last seen wandering alone onto the pedestrian walkway of the Ravenel Bridge shortly after 3 a.m. He was dressed in a black hooded jacket, light-colored pants, and black Nike sneakers with white soles.
