JetBlue Introduces New Travel Keepsakes and Menu Options

JetBlue Airways is enhancing its in-flight experience for the upcoming holiday travel season with new travel keepsakes and menu options. The airline aims to create a more festive atmosphere for travelers, offering unique charms and seasonal menu selections.

New JetBlue Travel Keepsakes

This winter, JetBlue will introduce Blue Charms, a pop-in accessory for shoes and bags. The charms are available in two designs: the Wings Blue Charm and the Spotlight Tailfin Blue Charm. Both children and adults can request these wearable keepsakes, reminiscent of the airline’s popular wing pins.

Exclusive Entertainment Options

In addition to travel keepsakes, JetBlue is revamping its entertainment options. The airline will be the first to showcase episodes of “Boston Blue,” a new spin-off from the distinguished “Blue Bloods” series featuring Donnie Wahlberg. This series will be accessible on seatback screens throughout JetBlue flights.

Holiday favorites will grace the entertainment lineup, including classic films such as:

  • A Christmas Story (1983)
  • Elf
  • Frozen
  • The Nightmare Before Christmas
  • Home Alone

Additionally, festive romantic comedies like “A Merry Royal Christmas” and “Jingle All the Way to Love” will be featured. In the new year, passengers can explore the Fresh Start entertainment collection, showcasing titles like “Eat Pray Love” and “Soul,” alongside classic films in the Crewmembers Picks section.

Seasonal Menu Enhancements

JetBlue is also elevating its dining experience in collaboration with the acclaimed restaurant Charlie Bird, headed by four-time James Beard Award nominee Ryan Hardy. Premium Mint class passengers will enjoy upgraded menu options, featuring:

Breakfast Options:

  • Salted Greek yogurt with pumpkin seed granola and currants
  • Crêpe with ricotta and hazelnut praline
  • Banana bread pudding with crème anglaise
  • Spinach frittata with goat’s cheese, herb salad, and parmigiano

Lunch and Dinner Options:

  • Pork shoulder with figs and rosemary jus
  • Mushroom lasagna with béchamel sauce
  • Orecchiette with spicy vodka sauce
  • Shrimp curry with fingerling potatoes

Economy class passengers will also benefit from seasonal dishes provided by Dig Inn on select transcontinental routes, offering fresh and locally-sourced food. Menu items include:

  • Overnight oats with coconut milk and roasted squash
  • Egg salad croissant with pickled onions
  • Pesto pasta salad with herb chicken
  • Ginger garlic tofu with chilled soba noodles

Expanding South Florida Services

JetBlue recently reaffirmed its dedication to South Florida, announcing over 25 flights through Fort Lauderdale. This expansion gives JetBlue the edge in offering more transcontinental lie-flat seats from South Florida than any other airline, enhancing travel options for passengers in the region.

With these thoughtful additions, JetBlue strives to make every journey feel like a celebration during this holiday season.
