Bizarrap and Daddy Yankee Headline NFL’s First Spanish Halftime Show

In a historic moment for the NFL, the first-ever game in Spain will feature a Latin music spectacle. Argentine producer Bizarrap and Puerto Rican superstar Daddy Yankee are set to perform during the halftime show on November 16. This event will take place at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium in Madrid, where the Washington Commanders will face off against the Miami Dolphins.

Bizarrap and Daddy Yankee Take the Stage

This halftime show marks a significant return for Daddy Yankee, who is coming out of retirement. It will also be his first live performance with Bizarrap, one of the world’s most streamed producers. “Being able to headline the halftime show for the first NFL game in Spain is a huge honor,” expressed Bizarrap. The artist, a four-time Latin Grammy winner, is known for his viral music sessions.

During the show, they will debut a new collaboration titled “BZRP Music Sessions, Vol. 0/66.” Daddy Yankee, famously known as the “King of Reggaetón,” shared his excitement about returning to the stage. “I feel very happy with the music and the incredible track we’ve created together,” he stated.

This performance is part of the NFL’s ongoing initiative to showcase Latin artists at international games. The league aims to enhance its cultural footprint globally. Prior to the game, the Spanish Navy Infantry Band will perform the national anthem of Spain, followed by vocalist Karina Pasian singing the national anthem of the United States.
