The Buffalo Bills have signed veteran wide receiver Mecole Hardman to their practice squad. This move was confirmed by NFL insider Jeremy Fowler on Monday.

Mecole Hardman’s Career Overview
Mecole Hardman, 27, was originally drafted by the Kansas City Chiefs as a second-round pick in 2019. He played the final year of a four-year, $5 million contract with the Chiefs. In 2023, Hardman entered free agency and signed a one-year deal worth $4 million with the New York Jets. However, he was later traded back to the Chiefs for a swap of late-round draft picks, returning to the team that initially drafted him.
Recent Performances
In 2024, Hardman re-signed with the Chiefs on a one-year contract valued at $1.1 million. He made a brief appearance on the practice squad of the Green Bay Packers in 2025. During the 2024 NFL season, Hardman participated in 12 games, successfully catching 12 of 14 target passes for a total of 90 yards. Additionally, he contributed with 25 returns for 335 yards.
