Netflix Launches First House This Week, Enhancing User Experiences
Netflix has launched its first permanent entertainment venue, dubbed Netflix House, located at the King of Prussia Mall in Pennsylvania. This new attraction spans over 100,000 square feet, previously the site of a Lord & Taylor department store. King of Prussia Mall is among the largest shopping centers in the United States, drawing visitors from Philadelphia, New York, and New Jersey.

- Wednesday’s Dorm: Based on Tim Burton’s Wednesday series, featuring various themed locations from the show.
- Mini Golf: Nine themed holes featuring franchises like Bridgerton, Stranger Things, and Squid Game, starting at $15.
Ticketing Options
Access to Netflix House is free, but certain experiences require tickets. Prices vary based on the event:
- Feature Experience tickets start at $39.
- Netflix Virtual tickets start at $25.
Community Impact and Future Plans
The project employed over 260 local tradespeople during its construction and aims to create nearly 300 permanent positions. Additionally, it showcases regional artists, including a prominent mural by local artist, Emily White.
Netflix plans to expand its venue offerings, with a second Netflix House scheduled to open on December 11 at Galleria Dallas Mall in Texas. This location will also feature immersive experiences based on Stranger Things and Squid Game.
A Continued Engagement with Fans
Marian Lee, Netflix’s Chief Marketing Officer, emphasized the importance of this venture in enhancing user experiences and maintaining ongoing conversations with fans. While revenue generation is important, she noted that the main goal is engagement and visibility within communities.
Overall, Netflix House represents a significant commitment to diversifying entertainment experiences and enhancing its connection with audiences.
