Philly Specials Return with New Christmas Treat, No Album Planned
The Philly Specials, a musical group known for their holiday spirit, have a new treat for fans this Christmas season. Consisting of former Eagles center Jason Kelce and current offensive tackles Lane Johnson and Jordan Mailata, the group has become a staple of festive cheer.
New Holiday Offering
As the holiday season approaches, The Philly Specials have partnered with Just Play Toys to unveil a new collectible item. Instead of a music album, they’re introducing a limited edition “holiday huddle plush collector set.”
Collector Set Details
This plush set features lifelike representations of Kelce, Mailata, and Johnson. Each plush doll measures between 8.5 and 9.25 inches and is dressed in a custom green knit holiday sweater, displaying both their number and name.
- Plush doll size: 8.5 to 9.25 inches
- Custom green knit holiday sweater
- Comes in a luxe collector’s box
Charity Focus
Fans can preorder the three-pack online for $49.99. Impressively, all proceeds will support Philadelphia-area charities, continuing the group’s mission to give back during the holidays.
The Philly Specials have a history of philanthropy. They raised over $4 million through their first two holiday albums. Last year, the revenue from their third album funded “Operation Snowball,” which provided Christmas gifts to every student and teacher in Philadelphia’s public and charter schools.
Shipping Information
Preorders for the plush collector set will begin shipping during the week of November 24. This exciting new offering reflects the group’s commitment to community and holiday spirit, even without a new album release this year.
