The Manhattan Jaspers Men’s Basketball team faced a tough opponent on Sunday evening, losing to the USC Trojans 114-83 at the Galen Center. This match marked Manhattan’s first game against USC and their return to California after nearly a decade.
Game Recap: Jaden Winston’s Performance
Although the Jaspers fought hard, they struggled against the Trojans. Junior guard Jaden Winston emerged as a key player, scoring a personal best of 29 points during the game. His impressive statistics included nine field goals out of 14 attempts and three successful three-pointers from five tries.
Winston also demonstrated his proficiency at the free-throw line, sinking all eight attempts without any misses. Additionally, he contributed four rebounds to his team’s efforts.
