A further 13 counties are under separate Status Yellow rain warnings. These counties include:
- Cork
- Kerry
- Limerick
- Tipperary
- Waterford
- Carlow
- Kildare
- Kilkenny
- Louth

Weather Forecast for the Upcoming Days
As the day progresses, rain will spread northward across the country. Some areas may experience heavy downpours, although there will be brief sunny intervals as well. Temperatures throughout the day will range from 7°C to 15°C, depending on the region.
The evening is expected to be mostly cloudy with scattered showers; however, more rainfall will approach from the south overnight. The temperature will drop to between 5°C and 11°C, with the coldest readings occurring in Connacht and Ulster.
Met Éireann meteorologist Linda Hughes noted that unsettled weather patterns are likely to persist in the coming days due to continuous low-pressure systems. Residents should remain prepared for further updates as weather conditions evolve.
