The 41-year-old revealed on social media that he was diagnosed with breast cancer earlier this year. He noted that after previously suffering a brain hemorrhage in 2023, he never anticipated facing this new health challenge.

Pierce experienced a brain hemorrhage while jogging in 2023. The incident led to a critical diagnosis of a subarachnoid hemorrhage, requiring two surgeries at the Mater Private hospital in Dublin. He spent two weeks in Beaumont Hospital’s critical care unit and has since been focusing on recovery and treatment.
