Tragic Multi-Vehicle Crash in Co Meath Leaves Two Dead and Several Injured Involving Bus and Lorry
A tragic multi-vehicle crash occurred in Gormanston, County Meath, early this morning, resulting in the deaths of two drivers and leaving several others injured. The incident involved a lorry, a bus, and a car and happened on the R132 at approximately 6:30 AM on November 24, 2025.
Details of the Collision
The drivers of the lorry, a man in his 40s, and the bus, a man in his 50s, were pronounced dead at the scene. A female driver of the car, aged in her 40s, sustained serious injuries and was transported to Beaumont Hospital for treatment. A teenage female passenger from the car was also seriously injured and was initially taken to Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital before being transferred to Temple Street Children’s Hospital.

Emergency Response
