A teenage girl who was her passenger was initially taken to Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital and later moved to Temple Street Children’s Hospital due to her serious condition. Several others were also hospitalized, although their injuries are not life-threatening.

Bus Éireann confirmed that one of their route 101 services was involved in the incident.
