Ireland’s Leading Entrepreneurs Ready to Dazzle at EY Entrepreneur Of The Year Awards Tonight
Tonight marks a significant moment for Ireland’s entrepreneurial landscape with the 28th annual EY Entrepreneur Of The Year
(EOY) Awards. The event takes place at the elegant Powerscourt Hotel in Enniskerry, Co Wicklow, bringing together 23 finalists and over 500 attendees.
Celebrating Irish Entrepreneurship
The EY Entrepreneur Of The Year Awards celebrate vision, ambition, and resilience among Ireland’s business leaders. This year’s finalists represent a diverse array of sectors, including technology, healthcare, manufacturing, consumer goods, and financial services. Collectively, they generate annual revenues exceeding €1 billion and employ more than 4,000 individuals.
A Range of Categories
- The finalists will compete in three categories: Emerging, Established, and International.
- One of the winners will be crowned EY Entrepreneur Of The Year 2025.
- A Sustainability Award and a Special Recognition Award will also be given this evening.
Looking Ahead to Global Recognition
The overall winner will have the honour of representing Ireland at the EY World Entrepreneur Of The Year Awards, scheduled for June 2026 in Monaco.

This year’s programme has been dynamic, featuring a week-long CEO Retreat in Japan, which is Ireland’s largest annual unofficial trade mission. Additionally, the launch of “The Entrepreneurs,” a four-part RTÉ documentary series, has brought the experiences of 12 finalists into homes across Ireland.
