Nicola Coughlan set to headline major London benefit concert in support of the trans community

Nicola Coughlan will headline a significant benefit concert in London aimed at supporting the trans community. Titled “A Night Of Solidarity For A Lifetime of Change,” the event is scheduled for March 11, 2026, at the OVO Arena Wembley.

Event Details

This charity gig, organized to raise funds for the trans community, will feature performances from notable artists, including:

  • Wolf Alice
  • Sophie-Ellis Bextor
  • Adam Lambert
  • Sir Ian McKellen
  • Russell Tovey
  • Jordan Stephens
  • Munroe Bergdorf

The concert emphasizes that transgender individuals are celebrated and valued within the entertainment industry. Coughlan has previously demonstrated her commitment to trans rights, having raised over £100,000 (€114,171) for the UK charity Not A Phase. This fundraising effort followed a controversial UK Supreme Court ruling regarding the legal definition of “woman.”

Coughlan’s Advocacy

Following the ruling, Coughlan signed an open letter criticizing the decision, stating that it jeopardizes the safety and reality of trans, non-binary, and intersex individuals in the UK. Her advocacy extends beyond trans rights; she has spoken out on various social issues, including the situation in Gaza.

Ticket Information

Tickets for the benefit concert will be available for purchase starting Tuesday, December 2, at 10 am. Fans can also support the cause by making donations.
