Authorities in Lima, Ohio, are probing a suspected arson fire that resulted in one fatality and two injuries on Friday night. The incident occurred at approximately 8:30 p.m. at 410 Ewing Avenue. By the time firefighters arrived, the home was completely engulfed in flames.
