‘Oregon Arrests ‘Home Improvement’ Star for Probation Violation’
Former “Home Improvement” star Zachery Ty Bryan has been arrested in Oregon for violating probation. The Lane County Sheriff’s Office reported that the 44-year-old actor was taken into custody on Saturday, November 29, following an incident on Big Fall Creek Road.
Incident Details
Authorities received a call regarding reckless endangering in a camping area near Lowell. Upon arrival, deputies discovered Bryan in a pickup truck along with 32-year-old Johnnie Faye Cartwright from Eugene and their three children.
Arrest Circumstances
- While on Big Fall Creek Road, Bryan exited the truck and began walking.
- Cartwright allegedly attempted to run him over, resulting in the truck crashing into a ditch.
- Neither Bryan nor the children sustained injuries during the incident.
After observing signs of impairment, deputies arrested Cartwright for multiple charges, including first-degree attempted assault and driving under the influence of intoxicants.
Zachery Ty Bryan’s Legal Troubles
Investigators revealed that Bryan was prohibited from having contact with Cartwright due to a prior court order. Consequently, he was booked into the Lane County Jail for probation violation related to a previous fourth-degree assault charge and is currently being held without bail.
