How to Track Santa

On December 24, 2024, families can call 1-877-HI-NORAD from 4 AM to midnight MST to speak with live operators about Santa’s current location. For those without a phone, a new web-based calling option enables direct contact to the NORAD operations center.

Even after live operators sign off at midnight MST, participants can continue tracking Santa’s journey until 3 AM on December 25 through the Interactive Voice Response system or the official website.

The official NORAD Tracks Santa app is available for download on both the Apple and Google Play stores. Additionally, updates and tracking information can be found on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and X, as well as on devices like Amazon Alexa, SiriusXM, and OnStar.
