Background of MH370
Flight MH370 vanished on March 8, 2014, while flying from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing. Inexplicably, the aircraft deviated from its intended flight path for several hours before losing contact. Evidence suggests the aircraft likely crashed in the Indian Ocean, west of Australia.
Despite extensive searches, the precise wreckage site remains unknown. Pieces of debris from the flight have been recovered along the coast of Africa, yet the mystery of its disappearance continues to perplex authorities and families alike.
Government Commitment
Malaysia’s government has reaffirmed its dedication to finding answers regarding the flight’s fate. In March of this year, it entered into a service agreement with Ocean Infinity to facilitate this renewed search effort.
