The Brewski Liverpool location will officially open on Saturday, December 6, 2023. The venue spans 5,000 square feet, featuring both indoor and outdoor seating. Inside, it can accommodate 125 guests, while an outdoor terrace offers an additional 78 covers, providing stunning views of the city.

Founders and Inspiration
Brewski was co-founded by James Daly and Steven Stockton-King, who met while studying business at university in Liverpool 20 years ago. The founders expressed their enthusiasm for expanding into the city, stating that it has a rich culture and a thriving food scene.
They emphasized their commitment to providing excellent service, remarking, “The reaction online so far has been extremely encouraging. It’s now up to us to make sure we deliver.” Their team aims to create a unique experience for patrons, blending flavors from New York steakhouses and California taco trucks.
