The House of Animals has embarked on a mission in Ukraine to support animals affected by the ongoing war. On December 8, 2025, a special kitchen will open to provide care for over 2,000 abandoned pets. That same day, a Dutch Christmas village featuring a hundred small houses will be set up for dogs who have lost their owners. This vital aid for animals is made possible through the generosity of Dutch and Flemish donors.

Along the way, they encountered a small tent where warm meals were being served to travelers.
